Model Usage Guide:- OASIS:
Note:
In development

The goal of the PLCS usage guide is to:

  • describe the components of the PLCS PSM information model - SysML Blocks;
  • explain how PLCS PSM information model is represented in XML;
  • relate the PLCS PSM information model to the Templates.

The model usage guide is aimed at developers of applications and information management systems that are either based around the PLCS information model or have a requirement to exchange PLCS based data.

The model usage guide starts by describing the modelling approach adopted by PLCS (PLCS PSM model patterns). Then describes how the PLCS PSM model is implemented in an XML schema.

The remainder of usage guide is organized around the PLCS concept model. For each concept, the model is explained and then the Templates that instantiate that part of the model, referenced.
