The IntellectualPropertyRight template represent different categories of property
that also includes intangible creations. The most well-known and recognized types
are copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.
These intellectual property rights give the rights holder exclusive rights to their
assets; the assets, or property, that the rights holder may want to refer to when
sharing IP assets (using the IPRApplicability Template)
